If I have a job Interview in 24 hours. How would I prepare?

Preparing for a technical interview in one day may seem challenging, but with the right approach, you can make the most of your time and increase your chances of success. Here are some tips:

• Study your own CV — Know it back to front. Prepare stories around your achievements and roles listed.
• Read out the job description — Underline the keywords and requirements. Prepare as many examples as you can and use language from the job description.
• Find the interviewer on LinkedIn and find 3 things you have in common with them.
• Prepare your elevator pitch — The ‘tell me about yourself’ question is the most important and sets the tone for the whole interview.
• Check Glassdoor for questions that will be asked and plan a script for EVERY question.
• Practice explaining concisely exactly what the company does. Find out who they serve and research who their closest competitor is.
• Prepare 5 in depth questions to ask, to be used both during and after the interview.
• And finally, get a good night’s sleep: Being well-rested can help you feel more alert, focused, and confident during the interview.
